2. Object

These Terms and Conditions govern access to, browsing of, and use of the Farol Pastorinhos website, as well as purchases made through the online store.

Farol Pastorinhos reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect upon publication on this page.

3. Products

Farol Pastorinhos strives to ensure that all product information, including descriptions, photographs, features, and prices, is accurate and up-to-date.

The images shown are for illustrative purposes only and there may be slight differences from the product delivered.

In the event of a clear error regarding the price, description, or availability of a product, Farol Pastorinhos reserves the right to cancel the order and proceed with a full refund of any amount eventually paid.

4. Orders

Orders are placed exclusively through the online store.

After completing the purchase, the customer will receive an order confirmation email.

Farol Pastorinhos reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders when:

• The product is unavailable;
• There is a clear error in the price or description of the product;
• If there are indications of fraud or misuse of the website;
• The information provided by the customer is incorrect or insufficient for processing the order.

Whenever an order is cancelled for reasons attributable to Farol Pastorinhos, any amount paid will be fully refunded.

5. Prices

All prices shown are in euros (€).

Unless otherwise indicated, prices include VAT at the applicable legal rate.

Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process before order confirmation.

Farol Pastorinhos reserves the right to change prices at any time, without prejudice to orders already confirmed.

6. Payments

Farol Pastorinhos offers the following payment methods:

• PayPal;
• Jump Pay;
• Stripe (including credit and debit cards and other methods supported by the platform).

Payment is made at the time the order is placed.

The order will only be processed after confirmation of the respective payment.

If payment is not completed or is refused by the responsible entity, the request will be considered void.

All payments are processed through secure payment platforms. Farol Pastorinhos does not store complete bank card details or other financial information of customers.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer during the purchase process.

The delivery times shown are merely indicative and may be subject to change for reasons beyond the control of Farol Pastorinhos, including carrier delays, force majeure events or periods of higher order volume.

If an order is returned due to a reason attributable to the customer, new shipping costs may be charged.

8. Right of Free Resolution

Under Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without having to give any reason.

To exercise this right, you must contact Farol Pastorinhos via the email address store@faroldospastorinhos.pt .

The products must be returned:

• No signs of use;
• Complete;
• In the original packaging, whenever possible;
• Accompanied by all accessories and documentation.

After receiving and verifying the products, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of error attributable to Farol Pastorinhos or where otherwise provided by law.

9. Exclusions to the Right of Free Resolution

Under current legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to the following cases:

• Customized products or products manufactured according to customer specifications;
• Sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons when the seal has been removed after delivery;
• Other cases provided for in applicable legislation.

10. Warranty

All products sold benefit from the guarantees stipulated in Portuguese law.

If a product is defective or non-compliant, the customer must contact Farol Pastorinhos at store@faroldospastorinhos.pt , indicating the order number and describing the situation.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, photographs, images, logos, design, graphics and other elements, is protected by intellectual property rights.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of this content is prohibited without prior written authorization from Farol Pastorinhos.

12. Cookies

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits the rights of consumers under Portuguese law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
